چکیده
Introduction: Subclinical hypothyroidism is defined by the combination of an elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) level and a normal free thyroxine (T4L) level. Dilated cardiomyopathy characterized both dilation ventricles hypokinesia these ventricles. It predominantly involves left ventricle, but right ventricle frequently involved. We present two cases idiopathic dilated associated with subclinical picture hypothyroidism. Case report 1: An 11-year-old female patient was admitted to cardiology for congestive heart failure on CMD; she presented New York Heart Association (NYHA) stage IV dyspnea generalized edema. Tran’s thoracic echocardiography showed ventricular (LV) dilatation global hypokinesia, LV ejection fraction at 15%. The biological workup profile TSH 11.2 mIU/l, T4: 21.2 pmol/l, T3: 4.2pmol/l. 2: A 9-year-old patient, without any notable history, referred department cardiac decompensation NYHA lower limb edema despite optimal medical treatment. severe impairment systolic function (10%). TSH: 7.7 19.2 pmol/l. Conclusion: cardiomyopathies (DCM) represent most common in children either constitutional or acquired origin. observed patients DCM increases risk mortality.

In majority of the cases familial dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner. In rare instances, this condition is inherited in an autosomal recessive pattern. In other rare cases, DCM can be inherited in an Xlinked pattern. Establishing a genetic diagnosis confirms or modifies the clinical diagnosis and enables disease specific estimates on prognostics and treatm...

NEED AND PURPOSE OF REVIEW Subclinical hypothyroidism is a biochemical diagnosis characterized by raised thyroid stimulating hormone and normal free T4, without clinical features of hypothyroidism. This review analyzes the current evidence to arrive at a consensus and algorithm to manage this condition. METHODS We searched Pubmed, Cochrane and Embase for articles published between 1990 to 201...
متن کاملDilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and myocarditis: Classification, clinical and autoimmune features
Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), a leading cause of heart failure and heart transplantation in younger adults, is characterized by dilatation and impaired contraction of the left or both ventricles; it may be idiopathic, familial/genetic (20-30%), viral, and/or immune. On endomyocardial biopsy there is chronic inflammation in 30-40% of cases. Mutations in genes encoding myo cyte structural protein...
